Description
The eleventh activity-based webinar session entitled Network Integration is the eighth in a series of technically-oriented webinars which will cover fundamental aspects of activity-based modeling systems. How activity-based modeling systems interact with network supply models is critical to their effectualness. Important issues include representation of highway and transit assignment periods to support time-of-day choices; transforming activity-trip lists into assignable trip tables; defining policy-sensitive user classes for assignment; and the possibilities for numerous feedback paths between assignment results and various activity model components. This webinar will consider these fundamentals as well as research integrating activity-based models with dynamic traffic assignment.
