Greetings, colleagues! I hope the month of May has been kind to you & your communities.

I want to let you know that the North American Regional Science meetings will be in marvelous Montreal this November, with their call for *abstracts* here: https://www.narsc.org/newsite/conference/call-for-papers/. Those abstracts are due July 1, one month before your TRB paper

Moreover, the 4th Annual zero-cost zero-carbon Bridging Transportation Researchers (BTR) conference (August 4 & 5) is delighted to let you know the names of our headline speakers: Chile's Juan de Dios Ortuzar + UK's Charisma Choudhury for the western hemisphere schedule, plus Singapore's Lynette Cheah & Thailand's Agachi Sumalee for the eastern schedule. (You may recall that last year's headliners were Hani Mahmassani, David Hensher, Don Shoup, & Becky Loo. Their presentations & all other presenters' sessions can be found here: https://bridgingtransport.org/archive-of-btr-presentations/.)

Please let your students & collaborators around the globe know that BTR#4's $0 registration is here: https://bridgingtransport.org/registration/. If you have a special session you'd like to organize for the 2-hour session slots, please do let us know soon.

Best wishes for the month of June,
Kara & Co.

CGE Modelling Course

The Centre of Policy Studies (CoPS) is offering an online self-paced regional CGE modelling course over two weeks, 10-21 October 2022. The two week online self-paced TERM-USA course is based on the multi-regional TERM CGE model with an 11-region 26-sector database for the USA. The course format is online and self-paced, meaning participants work largely independently over the two weeks, with email support and 4 live Zoom tutorials available. This course will appeal to economists who wish to model the regional and national effects of policy changes and other economic shocks originating at both regional and national levels. TERM models have been used around the world to analyze diverse economic issues, including the effects of trade policy, productivity, major
construction projects, taste shifts and adverse events. More information including how to apply is available on the course webpage, https://www.copsmodels.com/termusacourse2022.htm.
