I'm cleaning my office. Here are some books that folks may want for sentimental or historic reasons.
Can transfer at TRB, or ship if user pays shipping.
Edward K. Morlok, An Analysis of Transport Technology and Network Structure, 1967.
Catanese, Planners and Local Politics, 1974
Degroot, Optimal Statistical Decisions, 1970
Stopher and Meyburg, Urban Transportation Modeling and Planning, 1975
Ben-Akiva and Lerman, Discrete Choice Analysis, Theory and Application of Travel Demand, 1985
Stopher and Meyburg, Survey Sampling and Multivariate Analysis for Social Scientist and Engineers, 1979, (has had some water damage along the way).
Domencich and McFadden, Urban Travel Demand, A Behavioral Analysis, 1975, (has had some water damage along the way).
Thanks.
Jim Bunch
(Not Gone Yet :-).
Most of the books were distributed at TRB (see below).
2 are still left.
Thanks for your interest

Hey Jim! Are you retiring?
(I think I get the record for time-between-postings: My last post to the TMIP listserv was September 2009, just before I retired!)

I still have my copy of Stopher & Meyburg. I used it in grad school in 1980-81. I returned the Ben-Akiva & Lerman; the Stopher/Meyburg (1979); and the Domencich/McFadden, to my agency library in 2009. I don't know if they survived the agency move to San Francisco in 2016.
The Ben-Akiva & Lerman book had some great examples on how to do piecewise estimation of model parameters (eg, use of income in auto ownership models).
I may start a new thread on transportation planning / modeling textbooks.
cheers,
