Description
MTC fully transitioned (i.e. stopped using the legacy trip-based model) to an activity-based travel model in 2010. This presentation will include a brief overview of the model structure and the context in which it's applied, followed by fairly detailed descriptions of several applications, including work related to MTC's in-progress long range transportation plan (adoption expected this summer), which included integrating the model with UrbanSim (land use model).
